JACKSON, TN | 2016 GMC 1500 SierraMay 21, 2023We actually no longer own this vehicle you are asking for feedback for as we sold it back less than two weeks ago. It is not surprising it has been serviced recently as multiple major repairs within 8 months were the reason we wanted to get rid of the vehicle. The service department was very nice, professional, and we assume knowledgeable but when it comes to the dealership overall and a certain range of years for the GM trucks, we are telling family and friends to beware. JACKSON, TN | 2020 Buick EnclaveMay 19, 2023Staff were pleasant when scheduling my appointment and when dropping off my vehicle. I was not notified when the work on my vehicle was completed. I contacted the maintenance department 5 hours after I dropped off my vehicle and was told that they could not give me information because the associate for my vehicle was at lunch. A different person called me back quickly (5 min later) and said that my vehicle was ready. Also, when I arrived to pick it up, my vehicle looked as though it had not been moved from the parking spot based on the way I parked it. From the looks of it, I could only tell that a new oil change sticker was placed in my vehicle. Between not receiving a call that it was ready and the appearance, I question if the work was actually done.Response from Jones Chevrolet Humboldt
