My finance manager, Sarah, was incredible as well. She was friendly, informative, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through all of the paperwork and explain my warranty so I understood exactly what I was signing. She made what can often be the most stressful part of buying a vehicle surprisingly easy. Even the dealership itself stood out. The facility was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained — even the bathroom smelled great! You can tell from the moment you walk through the door that the people there take a lot of pride in what they do. There seems to be a genuinely positive culture throughout the dealership, and I think that starts with good management.
